A love letter to italian street food

In an iconic historic setting in marricKville

We’re BY V BAR & CAFE, our love letter to Italian street food with a pinch of polish in an industrial setting. We’re tucked inside Marrickville’s historic General Motors building, an old canteen brought back to life and buzzing again with espresso in the morning, Neapolitan pizza, fresh pasta, and the scent of good olive oil. We cook like you’re family; Vincenzo and the clan bring the vibes. Expect crisp Panuozzo, Polpette, and seasonal plates built for quick bites, long hangs, and everything in between. Generous, unfussy, and chic, our way.
