Nonnas' slow-cooked pork and veal meatballs, simmered in a rustic tomato sauce, fresh fior di latte and finished with paresan cheese.
PORCHETTA
Herb-infused, slow-roasted pork belly roll, with rosemary potatoes, caramelised onions, salsa verde, spinach leaves and melted provolone.
